Lesley University offers a competitive benefits package to all regular employees who work at least 17.5 hours per week. In addition to standard benefits such as health and dental insurance, Lesley offers employees opportunities such as participation in our retirement plan (403(b)), flexible spending accounts and generous time off benefits. Employees, their dependents and spouses/spousal equivalents can also enroll in Lesley courses by taking advantage of the tuition remission program.
