Employee Referral Program

Any Lesley University employee who refers a candidate to the University who is subsequently hired will receive a total referral bonus of $400.  The referring employee will receive $250 at the date of hire.  If the newly hired individual remains employed with the University for six months, the referring employee will receive an additional $150.

Hiring managers with direct of indirect reporting relationships with candidates, as well as Human Resources staff and employees who refer immediate family members are not eligible for this program.
