Termination Benefits

(effective 1/1/07)

Employees enrolled in a group health or dental insurance plan will be covered until the last day of the month in which employment has ended. At that time you may elect to remain on the health and/or dental plans by electing coverage under COBRA. See the section under Health Insurance in this Employee Handbook, or the Human Resources COBRA web page. All other benefits cease on the date of separation of employment.
