Employee Referral Program

(effective 1/1/07)

A Lesley University employee who refers an employee to the University who is subsequently hired will receive a total bonus of $400. The referring employee will receive $250 when the new employee starts work. If both employees remain employed with the University for six months, the referring employee will receive an additional $150.

Notice of a referral must be given to Human Resources after a referral applies and before a hiring decision is made.

Hiring managers with direct or indirect reporting relationships with candidates, Human Resources staff, and employees who refer immediate family members are not eligible for this program.
