Reporting to the Vice President for Administration, the Department of Human Resources provides leadership, guidance and service to the University and the Lesley Community on Human Resources matters in the areas of benefits, compensation, employee relations, employment, management consultation, performance management, and training. Human Resources manages the development and application of Human Resources Policies and Procedures. In addition, the Department also provides assistance and counseling to University employees upon request.
