Sample Specialization Program of Study:
Carrie Cross, Alumna May 2004

I chose Lesley University because it offered studies in Integrative Holistic Health. At the time of my application this was still an emergent field; while other programs offered similiar studies, Lesley was the only one that provided an interdisciplinary approach with a solid academic grounding.

Currently, I am working in an administrative capacity at an Integrative Health and Wellness Center in Cambridge, MA, where I am helping the CEOs implement their startup business model. I hope to develop programs that will direct clients to appropriate wellness venues, such as teaching classes on stress reduction, mindfulness and centering techniques. I also aspire to create and implement my own healing workshops that focus on the integration of health, creativity, and spirituality.
