great turning conference housing informationGeneral information:The conference is taking place at Geneva Point Conference Center, a beautiful lake-side rural retreat center in Moultonboro, NH. For more info on the Center, views of the housing accommodations, and a map of the conference site, go to the Geneva Point Website. Handicapped accessibility at the retreat is partial – some rooms and some meeting spaces are accessible, but it is best to contact Geneva Point for more detailed information. Geneva Point has high-speed internet access available on site. No pets of any kind are allowed at Geneva Point. All meals and access to recreation equipment such as canoes and kayaks are included in the housing rates. Vegetarian and vegan food options will be plentiful, and we are making every effort to use local and organic foods for meals. Tenting spaces and room that do not have bathrooms have access to the common shower house, and to lavatories in the main meeting space. There are no single rooms unless you decide to tent. Linens and towels are provided by Geneva Point only in those spaces that list them. Linens are not changed in these rooms during the conference unless you contact the Center's staff, and pay a linen fee. Bring your own towel and bedding for other spaces. The weather in New Hampshire in mid-October is quite variable – it may be summer warm, with temperatures in the 60s in the day and 40s or 50s at night, or it may be cold enough to be snowy. We recommend you check weather forecasts online prior to packing, and bring warm clothes and appropriate shoes for wet cold weather just in case. A three to four season rated sleeping bag in unheated rooms is a good idea Housing options for the conference are as follows:Note: "lavatory" means sink and toilet only; "bathroom" means there is a shower.
