Great turning conference Registration costs, scholarship information, and exhibitor fees

Conference registration costs:

Conference registration fees cover your participation in all conference activities, and give you access to the daytime facilities of the Geneva Point Center, which include canoes, kayaks, and hiking trails. Your housing costs are separate, and you need to go to the housing page to see that information. Meals are not included in the registration fees. No refunds will be offered for cancellations after October 1, 2007.

Early Bird Registration postmarked until August 1, 2007:
$200 for the full conference
$125 for partial conference (1 day)

Regular Registration postmarked from August 2 until October 1, 2007:
$250 for full conference
$175 for partial conference (1 day)

Late/Walk-in Registration anytime after October 1, 2007:
$300 for the full conference

Scholarship Information:

We are sorry, but all scholarship funds have been awarded to earlier applicants. Please look into alternate sources of funding to attend. Contact Louisa Carl if you need help with this.

Exhibitor Fees:

We will have space in the Meeting House for participants to display posters describing their work and organizations.  We will also have limited numbers of tables in the Meeting Hall for those with relevant books and other products to sell. 

Poster space: free with registration -- Posters should be no more than 3’wide and 4’tall.

Sales space table fee:  $150  -- Tables for sales spaces are approx. 2.5’ wide and 5’ to 6’ long.
