Application and Instructions

Applications for both Graduate and Adult Baccalaureate programs are available as Adobe Acrobat PDF files. To view and print these files you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. NOTE - If you have printing issues, please update your copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader at www.acrobat.com.

On-campus Programs (select the appropriate application below):

• International Student Application for Admission, On-Campus/Cambridge, MA: All Degree Programs offered through the School of Education, the Graduate School of Arts and Social Sciences, the Adult Learning Division, and The Art Institute of Boston

If you're an international student, you must fill out both applications. Please refer to the International Student Information page to learn about additional application requirements that apply to you.

Printed copies of the listed applications are also available. Request a copy by email at info@lesley.edu or by calling the On-campus Admissons office at 617.349.8300 or 888.LESLEY.U. Please make sure to include your full name, current mailing address, and program(s) you are interested in with your request.

How to Apply: On-Campus Programs

In order to receive consideration for admission to Lesley University, all applicants must complete the requirements as listed in the application procedures for their program of interest, and all application materials must be submitted to the appropriate office for processing (follow directions as printed in the application). A non-refundable application fee of $50 must be submitted with each application. All application materials submitted become the property of Lesley University and cannot be returned to the applicant or forwarded to another institution. Applicants are advised to photocopy their completed application form and all accompanying materials for their records.
