Prior to joining the Center for Reading Recovery and Literacy Collaborative, Toni worked as an adjunct faculty member at Lesley University's School of Education in the Language and Literacy Department. Her classroom teaching experience spans grades 1–6. She has worked as a Reading Recovery teacher, reading intervention specialist, and in programs for gifted and talented students. At the Center, Toni works with school districts and teachers at the intermediate and middle school levels as they implement literacy initiatives. She presents at conferences and institutes on content related to reading, writing, and literacy coaching.
