Representative List of Recent Publications / Exhibitions: Steve has spoken at numerous Association of Teachers of Mathematics in Massachusetts (ATMIM), Association of Teachers of Mathematics in New England (ATMNE), and National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM) conferences at the local, regional, and national level.
Prior to joining Lesley University in 2007, Steve had been a teacher in the high school mathematics classroom and in the college classroom for 38 years. He is the immediate past president of ATMIM and the president-elect of the Association of Teachers of Mathematics in New England. He says, "Students are more apt to learn when the subject matter is presented using multiple presentations, and when multiple senses are being stimulated."
