Bob McGrath

Robert's areas of expertise include: leadership, organizational behavior, ethics, first-year seminars, experiential learning, and business/management education. Prior to his work in academia, he held numerous officer positions in the banking industry. Before joining the faculty at Lesley, he was Director of the MBA program and Assistant Professor of Business at Endicott College in Beverly, MA. He has held faculty appointments at Northeastern University, Salem State College, and North Shore Community College.

He holds a BA and an MBA from Boston College as well as a PhD from Lesley University.
