"As Director of Transition Year and Bridge Year, I believe I am smoothing some of the paths to adulthood. Teaching Internet Safety inspires me because I help Threshold students navigate through some of the issues related to technology. Staying current in technology is so important for students and everyone else in today’s world. The Social media and all the complications and issues surrounding its use is one of the many aspects that I cover in my classes. The Apartment Living class is part of the journey to enable students to develop the skills to live on their own safely. For me, there is nothing more gratifying than seeing our students live independently."
