Michelle believes in setting clear/structured expectations for course work to allow for a supportive and guided, self-directed learning style, in order to help students develop skills to advocate for their needs and navigate challenges. She works with students to learn to blend their own creativity and style into their work while having fun and exploring the meaning of the work they are doing.
