"It is a privilege to work as an Independent Living Advisor in the Transition Program. Students in the Program are motivated, responsible, and enthusiastic. Every year I am challenged in new ways and impressed by the unique accomplishments of each student. During the course of the year, students refine their skills, become more connected to their community, explore new hobbies and interests, and develop a sense of responsibility about their lives and their apartments. I am always inspired and proud of the growth achieved by students who complete the Program."
