I have 25 years of professional experience directing non-profit and educational programs in the United States and abroad. I enjoy mentoring students and young professionals from diverse geographic, cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
In my interdisciplinary doctoral study at Lesley University I'm researching ways sustained engagement with yoga might influence practitioners' worldview. This work is inspired by my own 20 year history of multifaceted yoga study and practice, and a decade of teaching yoga at studios, health clubs, universities, adult ed centers, and other venues. At present, I teach courses in yoga theory, culture and practice at Tufts and Lesley Universities and Equinox Sports Club in Boston.
