25Live allows faculty, staff, and students the ability to reserve University space for activities, meetings, and special events. In addition, users can view upcoming academic and non-academic scheduled events throughout the University.
We recommend that you use Mozilla’s Firefox browser, Microsoft Edge, or Google’s Chrome browser to access the 25Live Event Portal. Log in using your Lesley email credentials.
While selecting event space, please consider that the Washburn Lounge, Washburn Auditorium, and Tyler Rooms do not have an existing set-up. Therefore, if you select one of those rooms for your event, you will also need to fill out a School Dude Work Order outlining your event room set-up and any specific needs for that space at least 5 business days in advance. Students are not permitted to fill out this form and must have a CA, Student Advisor, faculty member, or staff member submit it on their behalf.
The booking of non-academic events is available 5 weeks prior to the start of the upcoming semester. You must submit your request at least 48 hours in advance. Please include set-up and tear-down time in your requests. Please leave at least 15 minutes in between events to allow for one group to exit and the next one to arrive.
Lesley community members can start reserving rooms for the upcoming semesters on the following dates:
