Faculty Robyn CruzExpressive Therapies doctoral faculty member Robyn Cruz recently published her latest book, The Art and Science of Evaluation in the Arts Therapies: How Do You Know What's Working?  An introductory text on evaluation and assessment, the book is written specifically for the creative arts therapies and is meant to help readers identify, relate, and design useful evaluation processes.  Read more.

Dramatherapy Coordinator profiled on education website

Faculty Nisha SajnaniDr. Nisha Sajnani was recently profiled on the higher education website 'Diverse Issues in Education.'  In the article, Dr. Sajnani explains the ways in which the field of dramatherapy has allowed her to combine her passions for both psychology and theater, and the importance of exploring therapeutic applications in education:  “Improvisation is a life skill,” she said. “Drama therapy gave me a way to share this skill with others in ways that help them respond to life’s situations with spontaneity, flexibility and authenticity.”  Read the full article here.
