The most noticeable updates to myLesley will be to the new Grade Center and several feature additions to the Discussion Board. Please review the following link for more information on the new features and enhancements with this upgrade:

Overview of Enhancements

The traditional course features such as announcements, syllabus and other places to post and share links and content remain the same. The look and feel of your courses will also stay the same.

Access to LOIS, email and the Library will be available during this time.  Links will be available from http://my.lesley.edu to guide you to these locations.

You will not be able to access or see any content within the courses or communities.  If you have discussions or documents stored in these areas, they will be unavailable during this time.  This includes the Digital Dropbox.

The courses and communities you are enrolled in will still be active in myLesley after the upgrade and with the content intact.

Final course grades can still be submitted directly by going to LOIS (http://www.lesley.edu/lois).  For students, final grades can also be viewed by directly logging in to LOIS.

Grades for individual assignments listed in a course gradebook will not be available.  Faculty wishing to use or access the gradebook during the July upgrade are encouraged to download their gradebook as an excel spreadsheet file in advance of the upgrade.  Directions to do this are posted here.  You can also call 1-888-mylesley for step-by-step assistance over the phone.

All assignment files submitted by students will still be there after the upgrade. For information on downloading and saving assignment files before the upgrade, please view this PDF guide.

Any materials saved in your dropbox will not be available during the upgrade.  If you need materials from this area you will need to download them in advance.  If not, your materials will still be there after myLesley returns.

Yes.  Access email by going to https://email.lesley.edu during the upgrade.
