Additional University Support for Courses, Beyond eLIS

Academic Computing at AIB, 617.349.6663

Services: Large format printing (posters, banners), convert traditional slides into digital format, making traditional slides from digital images. Loaner pool of cameras, drawing tablets and digital video cameras.
 

Kresge Media Center, Digital Video and Production Services, 617.349.8860

Services: The Kresge Media Center assists faculty with creating digital videos or digitizing existing video (provided the appropriate permissions are gathered).
 

Ludcke Library References Services, 617.349.8850

Services: E-reserves, research instruction and online tutorials, "Ask a Librarian" online chat service, off-campus handbook for library resources.
 

Lesley Online Information Services (LOIS), registrar@lesley.edu

Services: Help with submitting grades, checking on advisees, obtaining course rosters, web advising.
 

University Technology (UT), 617.349.8770 option #2, ut@lesley.edu

Services: UT can help faculty with technology issues including problems using classroom technology, difficulties with internet or email access, log-in/password problems, software installation needs for computer labs, printer issues, and computer repair.
