Guidelines for documentation by disability category.

Documentation Guidelines

Once it is determined that the student has a disability and the documentation is appropriate, Disability Services Staff and the student work together to determine reasonable accommodations. These determinations are made with students on a case-by-case basis. Eligible students must follow established University policies in regards to timeliness of requests and procedures in order to properly coordinate accommodations. Students must make a request each semester they attend Lesley University if they want to receive accommodations.
