Gold Sponsor–$5,000 (1) Deadline: May 1, 2011

Neck Wallet Sponsorship–$2,300 (1) Deadline: June 1, 2011

• Company name printed on neck wallet that each participant receives

Notepad Sponsorship–$2,000 (1) Deadline: July 1, 2011

• Company logo with Literacy for All logo on 1,200+, 50-sheet notepads, size 8 1/2" x 11". One notepad included in each attendee's conference bag

Bag Insert Sponsorship–$500 (3) Deadline: October 7, 2011

• One 8.5" X 11" flier or coupon to be inserted into every attendee's bag (no catalogs please)
• Recognition on conference website
• Sponsor is responsible for costs of printing and shipping of materials

Flier Sponsor–$100 (3) Deadline: October 7, 2011

•  One 8.5” X 11” flier or coupon (no catalogs) to be placed at registration area for one day of the conference
• Company can choose which day they would like the flier displayed

Registration Envelope Advertisement

• Reservation Deadline: July 29, 2011 (materials deadline: Aug. 12, 2011)
• Black and white advertisement printed on the conference registration envelope that 1,200+ educators will receive. This envelope contains participants' name tags and tickets to workshop sessions.
• Costs are $100 for a 4" W x 3.25" H ad; $200 for a 4" W x 6.5" H ad or 8.25" W x 3.35" H ad; or $400 for an 8.25" W x 6.25" H ad.

Raffle Prize Donation

• On Monday, November 7, 2011, 5:00 pm–6:00 pm, there will be a free raffle prize give-away. The Literacy for All Conference program committee gives prizes to educators to show appreciation for their hard work in educating children. Please contact us if you would be interested in donating a prize (617.349.8165 or kadams@lesley.edu).
• All companies or individuals who donate prizes will be recognized on the PowerPoint presentation loop shown to participants prior to all three keynote addresses as well as on a flier participants will receive in their conference tote bag.
• Deadline for prize donations: October 21, 2011 (if shipping the prize to Lesley University) or November 7, 12:00 pm (if dropping the prize off in Providence, RI)
