Session Tickets

Tickets to sessions will be distributed to participants at the conference registration check-in booth at the Rhode Island Convention Center. Each participant will receive a perforated ticket sheet containing their selections in their registration envelope. We will make every effort to accommodate your selections. If sessions are full, we will provide you with a ticket to your second-choice workshops. You will have the option to exchange your tickets at the ticket exchange table. Although you will be issued a ticket for each of your sessions, including keynotes, tickets will only be collected at sessions that are full or close to capacity. Take your tickets with you to all sessions; they will have room names printed on them and will help you remember your selections and start times.

Registration Check-In

Upon arriving at the conference, participants are asked to check in at the registration desk to pick up conference materials (which includes a name tag that each registered participant must wear for the duration of the conference). The registration booths will be open Sunday, Nov. 6, 2011, 10:00 am–6:00 pm; Monday, 7:00 am–5:00 pm; Tuesday 7:00–8:30 am.

On-site Registration/Help Desk

Participants are more than welcome to register for the Literacy for All Conference on site. When you arrive at the conference, please go to the Help Desk in the Rhode Island Convention Center.

Certificate of Attendance

Each participant will receive a certificate of attendance upon completion of an objectives form. Certificates may be used toward earning professional development points (PDPs). Certificates are distributed at the end of the day. Please be sure to fill out your objectives form and get your certificate while you are at the conference. We are no longer able to mail certificates of attendance to participants after the conference.
