2011 Hotel Information

ANNOUNCEMENT, 9/16/2011:  We have been informed that the hotel blocks are filling very quickly. Some of you may have tried to reserve a hotel room, but were told the block was full. We have just expanded the blocks as much as the hotels are able to. As of 9/16/2011, we have added 15 rooms to the Courtyard by Marriott for 11/6 and 11/7, twelve (12) king rooms to the Biltmore (that have 1 king-sized bed and a roll-away cot in the living room of the suite) for 11/6 and 11/7, five (5) Deluxe kings to the Biltmore (1 king bed, corner room), and 5 rooms at the Providence Hilton for 11/5, 11/6, and 11/7, and 10 rooms to the Westin (possibly more in the next few days). Please reserve your room soon, as we anticipate the blocks will completely fill long before the cut-off date.

The Literacy for All Conference has discounted guest room blocks at the following hotels. Please call the hotels directly to make a reservation. Be sure to indicate you are attending the Lesley University Literacy for All Conference to get these special rates. Space is limited. We strongly recommend you make your reservation early.

PLEASE NOTE: Hotel rates do not include sales tax, which is currently 12%-13%, nor parking.

Be persistent. If the hotels are full, keep calling! Sometimes participants cancel and rooms are re-released into the conference hotel block.

Reserve your room early. Rooms blocks are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may fill before the cut-off date.

• Junior Suite/Two California Kings Room Rate: $149 single/double
• Parking: A privately owned and operated parking garage is located adjacent to the hotel. Overnight guests are charged $26 per night, per car. Non-registered guests are charged $15 to attend a function. Parking on property is limited, and therefore, not guaranteed. All prices are subject to change without notice.
