Welcome to Literacy Collaborative Research and Evaluation!

The Center for Reading Recovery and Literacy Collaborative at Lesley UniversityThe Center for Reading Recovery and Literacy Collaborative at Lesley University is one of three university sites in the nation that provide Literacy Collaborative (LC) training. LC is a research-based model that is aligned with the work of Dr. Marie Clay and is aligned with the learning theory of Vygotsky and the research on effective professional development.  In addition, the Center for Reading Recovery and Literacy Collaborative conducts and sponsors studies of LC effectiveness [pdf] and the fidelity of implementation in our partner schools.
