The New Teacher Community supports teachers as they begin their careers.
To help recent alumni as they begin their teaching career, a group of Lesley Graduate School of Education faculty has developed a support system called the New Teacher Community (NTC). With financial aid from Medical Information Technology (Meditech), NTC offers:
The New Teacher Community meets three times a year, and welcomes participation from other faculty and alumni. The NTC is also interested in hearing from experienced alumni who are interested in mentoring newer teachers. If you would like to attend a meeting and/or serve as a mentor, please contact Andi Edson, NTC coordinator: 617.349.8280 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
