Housing for Commencement is available to friends and family of Lesley graduates.
We are pleased to offer on campus housing to the friends and family of Lesley graduates. Housing in the residence halls will be available beginning at 2:00 pm Wednesday, May 14, 2014 through 12:00 pm Sunday, May 18, 2014. Housing is limited and will be reserved on a first come first served basis. Our halls have a small kitchen, lounge area, and shared-community bathrooms. DOWNLOAD THE HOUSING APPLICATION FORM. Rates will be $50 per person per night for a double room (we do not match roommates) and $65 per person per night for a single room. Due to fire safety procedures, no more than two people may stay in a double room and no more than one person may stay in a single. The rates include two sheets, pillowcase, pillow, blanket, and two towels. Guests may want to bring extra towels and/or pillows as well as an alarm clock and a small fan as there is no air conditioning. Please note that individual rooms are not furnished with phones; it is suggested to bring a cellular phone for full accessibility. The residence halls and the Margaret A. McKenna Student Center have wireless Internet access.
Each reservation requires full payment. Upon check-in, you will be required to provide a $25.00 key/linen deposit, refundable after proper check out including return of keys and linens. Check-in will be held at the Office of Residence Life, 9 Mellen Street. Check-out information will be provided upon arrival. The check-in times are as follows:• Wednesday, May 14 from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm• Thursday, May 15 and Friday, May 16 from 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm OR 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm• Saturday, May 17 from 8:00 am – 9:00 am
In the event a reservation needs to be cancelled, a written cancellation must be received by 5:00 pm on Thursday, May 1, 2014. Guests will receive a refund minus one night of lodging per person. After 5:00 pm on May 1, there will be no refunds for any cancellations.
