A Message from the Centennial Steering Committee Chairs
Welcome to Lesley University's Centennial Celebration! We are very excited about this milestone achievement and about the activities we have planned to observe it.
The University's centennial is an opportunity for all of the Lesley community - students, alumni, faculty, staff, and the governing body - to come together (physically and virtually) to celebrate the achievements of the past and create a springboard for the next 100 years. Along with proudly acknowledging our affiliation with Lesley, the centennial provides a wonderful opportunity to share the special qualities and characteristics of our beloved institution with others.
It is an honor and pleasure for us to serve as chairs of the Centennial Steering Committee. As our group has been considering the many ways to celebrate this momentous occasion three essential components of the Centennial have emerged: acknowledging the remarkable history of the university; recognizing its current place in academia and the community; and highlighting the goals and opportunities that lie ahead.
