Tuition and Accommodations
PLEASE NOTE: Tuition and fees are not due until after acceptance to the Conference.
TUITION
Tuition for the 2009 Lesley University Writers' Conference is $770 plus a $30 registration fee.
Lesley alumni receive a 10% discount on tuition.
Credit Card Payment Upon acceptance to the Conference, if paying by credit card, please download and complete the credit card authorization form [pdf].
Refund Policy
Tuition and fees are refundable if the Director is notified of a change of plans prior to Sunday, July 26. The registration fee of $30 is not refundable.
HOUSING/MEAL PLAN FEES
Students who choose to live on campus may elect a single or double room, with or without air-conditioning. If a participant elects an air-conditioned room, and they all have been booked, we will place the student in a non-air-conditioned room and adjust the fee accordingly. The residence halls are convenient to classrooms, the library, local shops, and restaurants. All residence facilities have community bathrooms, lounge, kitchenette for limited cooking, coin-operated laundry (quarters and detergent required), and vending machines. There are no phones in the rooms, and only some residence halls are equipped with pay phones. Linens and two towels are provided (participants may wish to bring extra towels). Wireless Internet access is provided in the Margaret A. McKenna Student Center.
Room and Meal Plan Fees The following rates include all meals:
Single room with air conditioning, $590
Double room with air conditioning, $530/person
Single room, $490
Double room, $430/person
There is a $25 refundable key and linen deposit.
Commuter will opt for a meal plan for $130 that includes lunches, dinners and receptions.
