Tuition & Accommodations

Tuition:

Tuition for the Lesley University Writers' Conference is $745 plus a $30 registration fee.

Credit Card Payment: Upon acceptance to the Conference, if paying by credit card, please download and complete the credit card authorization form [pdf].

Refund Policy: Participants must notify the Continuing Education Office by phone, in writing, or in person prior to the beginning of the Conference in order to receive a full refund of tuition, and the room and/or board fees. The registration fee of $30 is not refundable. There is no refund once the Conference begins.

Housing:

Students who choose to live on campus may elect a single or double room. The residence halls are convenient to classrooms, the library, local shops, and restaurants. All residence facilities have community bathrooms, lounge, kitchenette for limited cooking, coin-operated laundry (quarters and detergent required), and vending machines. There are no phones in the rooms, and only some residence halls are equipped with pay phones. Linens and two towels will be provided (participants may wish to bring extra towels). Wireless Internet access is provided in the Student Center.

A limited number of air-conditioned rooms are available. If a participant elects an air-conditioned room and none is available, we will place them in a non-air conditioned room and adjust their room fee accordingly.

Single room: with air conditioning and all meals, $590; without air conditioning/all meals, $470

Double room: with air conditioning and all meals, $530/person; without air conditioning/all meals, $410/person

There is a $25 refundable key and linen deposit.

Students interested in more luxurious housing may contact A Cambridge www.acambridgehouse.com, or the Mary Prentiss Inn, Prentiss Street, www.maryprentissinn.com (both are within walking distance of the Lesley campus), or Hawthorn Suites at 1 Massachusetts Avenue, Arlington, www.hawthorn.com (about 1.4 miles from the campus).
