Lesley's blended program format is ideal for teaching and learning
A U.S. Department of Education study released in July 2009 revealed that students who participated in online programs performed better than students who took identical programs delivered in classrooms, and that students who took the same programs through a blended delivery format did even better that those in wholly online programs.
Improved learning
With 100 years of education experience, Lesley has learned which aspects of our programs are best for online instruction and which parts are best delivered in the classroom.
Enhanced technology skills and knowledge
A deeper understanding of technology tools helps today's professionals to be more productive, efficient and effective.
Superior convenience
Online assignments can be worked into your schedule at your convenience and classes meet no more than one weekend a month.
Faculty and peer support
In both the classroom and online you'll be part of a community of learners, sharing ideas, discoveries and the results of applying what you've learned in your own work environments
Opportunity for group work outside the classroom
All classes are provided at a location near you, so you'll always have the opportunity to meet with classmates to work on group projects.
Faculty with a national perspective
Lesley faculty work with students online, and in more than 150 locations nationwide, so they are always discovering, and then sharing with you, ideas and strategies for solving workplace challenges.
Help is always nearby
Participants benefit from the support of a local site coordinator, a faculty advisor, a student care representative, an academic advisor, and the same services (library, tech support, etc.) as students at Lesley's campus in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
