The registration form and payment (tuition and $30 registration fee) is due one week prior to the first class meeting of individual courses. Check the course schedule to determine individual course registration deadline dates, i.e., one week prior to the first class meeting. Early registration is strongly encouraged. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration contact and payment:
Payment methods include check, or credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa). Credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment for faxed and phone-in registrations. Checks should be made payable to Lesley University. Students who do not submit full payment may not be allowed to enroll.
University alumni are entitled to a 10% reduction in tuition for any on-campus Seminar that has a full tuition rate. Alums should indicate on their registration form their Lesley University dates of attendance and program of study.
Students must notify Linda Harris in order to drop a course and request a refund. The following schedule is used to determine the portion of tuition which will be refunded depending upon the date of formally withdrawing from a course or from the University. The actual percentage will depend on the official date of formal withdrawal. The registration fee of $30 is nonrefundable.

For travel study courses, courses with six or fewer class meetings, and conferences there is a 100% refund prior to the start of classes. Once the class has begun, there is no refund.

Registration is not complete without payment. Registration forms will be accepted, however your name is not placed on the class list until payment is received. Registration Forms may be obtained at the Registrar counter, Suite 202, or Suite 201 at AIB or online.
YOUR ATTENDANCE IS ASSUMED UNLESS YOU FORMALLY WITHDRAW IN WRITING. No exceptions will be made. For complete refund information, please visit Student Accounts. For weekend workshops and week-long intensives, no refunds will be given after the start date of the course.

The decision to cancel or reschedule Seminars due to serious weather is made and communicated to the television and radio stations by 6 am for day classes and by 2 pm for evening classes. The following local television and radio stations are notified: WBZ Channel 4, WCVB Channel 5, WHDH Channel 7, WBZ (1030 AM), WEEI (850 AM), WRKO (680 AM), WBCN (104.1 FM), WCRB (102.5 FM), WBMX (98.5 FM). Class cancellation information can also be obtained by calling 617.868.9600.

The Art Institute of Boston at Lesley University is an accredited institutional member of the National Association of Schools of Art and Design (NASAD) and The New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) and grants the Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. The college's courses are approved for veterans and for recipients of aid from the MA Rehabilitation Commission. The Art Institute of Boston is included in the list of schools whose students qualify for loans under the National Vocational Student Loan Insurance Act of 1965.
Lesley University is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges. Taking a course for credit earns students who fulfill the necessary course requirements assigned by the instructor, Lesley University credit. Students who want to transfer Lesley University credits to another college or university should check with their home institutions before registering. Credits are accepted at the discretion of the receiving institution.
