Lesley Card – Your Campus Credentials

The Lesley Card is the official identification card of Lesley University. Issued to all members of our community, it is required for identification and card access control to essential campus services. It also offers a convenient CashLynx account for making purchases on and off campus.

  Swipe your card to access your meal plan at the:
  • White Hall Dining Commons
  • Porter Cafe

  Check out materials at the Sherrill and AIB Libraries utilizing the bar code on your Card.
• Building Access
  Use your card swipe authorization to enter your designated residence halls, classrooms, labs, and facilities.
• Campus Events
  Present your Lesley Card to attend campus events.
• CashLynx – Make cashless purchases at the University Bookstore and these locations on and off campus.
• Vending - Most vending machines on campus accept the Lesley Card. No more digging for change!
• Copying - Student/community machines on campus accept the Lesley Card. No need for change or dollar bills!
• Pay for Print - In an effort to reduce waste aligned with the campus sustainability initiative, Lesley is implementing double-sided printing and pay-for-print throughout the University

Your Lesley Card is THE most important card that you will have at Lesley University – vital for accessing campus services. Please protect your card and carry it with you at all times.

Lesley Card Office Information

• Map to the Lesley Card Office and Office of Public Safety.
• For information on the Lesley Card, CashLynx, Card Access Control and ID services please contact Bill Eve in the Lesley Card Office at 617.349.8825 or lesleycardoffice@lesley.edu.

• The Lesley Card/CashLynx cannot be used to pay tuition, fees, or room and board.
• As of 07-01-11 the Lesley Card Replacement Fee is $25.00
• As with any card with a magnetic strip for payment, your Lesley Card needs to be kept clean and free from excessive wear or damage. The card should be kept in a wallet or other appropriate holder to protect it and keep it in good working condition. Cards should also be stored away from electronic devices. Cards that are damaged beyond normal wear and tear are subject to the current replacement fee. Cards that are over two years old and have stopped functioning due to normal where and tear, will be considered for a replacement at no cost. The Card Office and Office of Public Safety Management will make the final decision on what is excessive or normal wear.
• In the unlikely event your Lesley Card does not swipe for meals or purchases, at a particular staffed location, please do not hesitate to ask that the ISO number on the back of your card be entered manually. If the attendant refuses to do so, please do not hesitate to ask for a manager or supervisor. When on campus Dining Services Management can be reached at 617.349.8380, Mail/Copy Room at 617.349.8790, if unavailable call the Card Office at 617.349.8825.
