Intercultural Relations

    Culturally Aware Leadership

Lesley's Intercultural Relations program prepares students to play leadership roles in fostering mutual respect and cooperation among people of diverse cultures to create greater levels of understanding, cooperation and collaboration. Our Master's-level and certificate programs focus on the human dimension of intercultural interactions, enabling students to work effectively and empathically with culturally diverse populations in workplaces and communities, both domestically and internationally.

Additionally, Lesley offers our standard on-campus program in Intercultural Relations, as well as low-residency and distance learning options for working professionals and those not able or interested in relocating to the Boston area.

In today's increasingly interdependent world, the need for culturally aware leadership has never been greater. As a result, graduates of Lesley's Intercultural Relations programs find themselves in demand in a variety of fields including:

    • Human services
    • Human resources
    • Management
    • Training and development
    • Government
