Tracy Wallach
Doctoral Fellow
Tracy joined PERG as a Doctoral Fellow in September 2009. She is a doctoral candidate at Lesley University where her research is focused on using group relations methodology to facilitate dialogue between Jewish and Arab Diaspora communities in the U.S. around the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Currently, she is working with PERG colleagues to evaluate a National Science Foundation Science of Learning Center, an after-school science program, and a leadership program for teachers from Pakistan.
Prior Work
Tracy worked as a clinical social worker and psychotherapist for 20 years and as an organizational development and leadership consultant for over a dozen, before pursuing doctoral study at Lesley in 2006.
