Matthew Nash earned his MFA at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (2001) and his BFA at The School of the Museum of Fine Arts (1998). Nash is the publisher emeritus of the art magazine Big RED & Shiny. He is also half of the artist team Harvey Loves Harvey. In 2013, he released his award-winning documentary film which has screened nationally and internationally. In 2015, he completed a short science-fiction film. He teaches in multiple programs, including Photography, Digital Filmmaking, Animation, and Interdisciplinary Studies.
