Claire has directed non-profit and educational programs in the United States and abroad for several decades.
Her areas of academic focus and expertise include: education abroad and yoga as a system of philosophical inquiry and modern cultural practice. In addition to advising hundreds of study abroad applicants and managing Lesley's exchange partnerships, Claire teaches a social sciences course called Yoga: Theory, Culture, and Practice. She researches ways sustained engagement with yoga might influence practitioners' worldview.
Claire holds a BA in Economics from Pace University, a MALD from The Fletcher School, Tufts University, and is a PhD candidate at Lesley University.
