Research
For Faculty and Staff. The Archives is available to help with all institutional research. Some examples might include the research of University milestones, photographs of the campus from its founding to the present, and course listings throughout the years.
For Students and the General Public. The following research topics are well represented in the Lesley University Archives:

- The History of Higher Education
- Normal School Education
- Women's Studies
Primary Source Instruction
The Archivist is available to teach Lesley undergraduate and graduate students the best research strategies for getting the most out of a visit to an archive. The instruction includes definitions of primary sources and how they can be employed with examples from the Lesley University Collection.
Internships
The Archives offers internships for course credit for students enrolled in Lesley College, the Art Institute of Boston, and the graduate school.

Records Management
The Archives can help departments with the management of information by assisting with the handling of non active records, designing effective filing systems, and managing electronic/digital records.
