The program provides full tuition and fees. Interested students should contact the Office of Community Engagement, at 617.349.8011. Students must provide proof of financial needs.
The Commuter Scholarships are funded by: The Ralph Bradley Prizes, The Summer Fund, and the Boston Cultural Council, a local agency which is funded by the Massachusetts Cultural Council*.
The Young Artist Residency (YAR) Program Scholarships are funded by: The Richard and Jean Coyne Family Foundation and the Heather Smith Foundation.
Students who successfully complete the Young Artist Residency (YAR) Program, and also plan to apply for undergraduate admission at the College of Art and Design or Lesley's College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, are eligible to enroll in one Online Portfolio Preparation Class during the fall, winter, or summer session. As a service to alums, Lesley University will wave the tuition and technology fee for the Online Portfolio Prep courses and students only pay the registration fee.
*This program is supported in part by a grant from the Boston Cultural Council, a local agency which is funded by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, administrated by the Mayor’s Office of Arts + Culture.
