The library staff helps you find information in the library and online. You may borrow materials, check out a museum pass, get research assistance, study in a quiet space, work on a group project, or store your laptop in a locker while you go to lunch.
Borrow books, videos, and teaching resources at Sherrill and AIB libraries. Bring your Lesley ID to either Sherrill or the College of Art and Design Library to set up your library account.
Faculty place materials on reserve at the Circulation Desks for you to borrow for short-term use, enabling more people to share a necessary title. Some course readings are available online as e-reserves. For details, see the Reserves Guide.
If you need a book, book chapter, article or video that the library does not own, request a copy through Interlibrary Loan.
If you need help narrowing your topic, searching for articles or books, or formatting your citations, ask for reference help, or Ask-A-Librarian.
Librarians collaborate with faculty to support the library collections and research needs of each academic department across the university. The library staff welcomes faculty suggestions for additions to the collections. Contact your Library Liaison for more information.
