Service Requests
Physical Plant uses School Dude, a web-based tool, for all service requests. Please see instructions below if you have not already created your user account or are requesting a work order for the first time.
Emergency Service
In case of an emergency work request, please call Plant Operations at 617.349.8881 between the hours of 9:00am – 5:30pm Monday-Friday. If the emergency occurs off-hours or on a holiday, please call Public Safety at 617.349.8888.
Emergency Work Examples
- Water and/or plumbing systems leaks or overflows
- Fire alarms sounding
- Carbon monoxide detector alerts
- Power outages
- Noxious odors, such as gas
- Door alarms and doors not locking
- If you require a response within 5 minutes
Setting Up Your Account
To set up your School Dude account to submit service requests, please follow the simple instructions: User Manual. Then, log in using the following website: School Dude. The Lesley organization number is 156204328.
