Endorsement Earned Through Direct Application
An educator may obtain a Nevada endorsement in the areas listed below through successfully completing the corresponding Lesley program. Applicants should submit for review official transcripts for all completed coursework and a transcript review application to the Nevada Department of Education.
English as a Second Language - Students should complete the full 18-credit TESOL program. Students must also hold a valid elementary, middle school/junior high school, secondary or special teaching license.
Endorsements Earned Through Nevada State Approval
The Lesley programs listed below are approved by the Nevada Department of Education to lead to an add-on endorsement in the corresponding Nevada endorsement areas. Applicants should submit their completed add-on endorsement application, official transcript(s), and $50 fee for each endorsement area in which you are applying, directly to the Nevada teacher licensing office.
Computer Based Applications - a student must, at a minimum, complete the following courses within the Technology in Education program
ECOMP 5007 21st Century Learning
ECOMP 6106 Designing Curriculum that Integrates Technology
ECOMP 6102 Using Technology to Assess Content Standards & Technology Skills
ECOMP 6016 Teaching & Learning with Digital Media
