Books
The books include 140,000 print books at Sherrill Library, 12,000 art books in the Art Institute of Boston Library, 85,000 e-books, and 13,000 children's literature titles. Search the FLO Library Catalog for specific titles. View a sampling of new e-books at E-Books - New & Noteworthy.
Journals
The library subscribes to print and online journals. They include scholarly and professional journals in Lesley fields of study and a number of general interest magazines and newspapers. For specific titles, see the online Journals List.
Videos
The library has 1500 titles, all selected to align with Lesley courses and to support students in their developing professional roles. Media circulates to Lesley University students, faculty, and staff. The video collection can be searched via the Video Catalog, or the FLO Library catalog. The library also provides access to thousands of streaming videos.
Digital Images
The Art Institute of Boston (AIB) Library maintains and develops multiple image collections that support the fine arts, art history, illustration, design, animation, and photography curricula. Databases
The library subscribes to 90 databases giving access to the online resources

Remote access is restricted to Lesley students, faculty and staff.
Alumni have access to a small set of databases through the Alumni
Office. Guests may use databases in the library.
S@L: Scholarship at Lesley
The library maintains an open access digital repository of academic work by the Lesley community. S@L holds digital copies of dissertations from the Graduate School of Education and the Graduate School of Arts and Social Sciences. Search S@L at http://ir.flo.org/lesley
Media Equipment
Kresge Library Media Center supports students, faculty, and staff creating multi-media projects with a circulating collection of equipment including digital video cameras, still cameras, audio recorders and more.
Teaching Resources
The Teaching Resources Collection (TRC) in the Sherrill Library consists of resources for working with children. It includes K-8 curriculum materials and the Evelyn M. Finnegan Collection of high quality children's literature. These resources are used by students for teaching and counseling, class assignments, internships, and practicums. All titles are described in the FLO Library Catalog.
Test Collection
The Test Collection provides assessment instruments commonly used by qualified professionals in Education, Psychology and Expressive Therapies. Titles are selected in cooperation with assessment faculty, who arrange for student access as required for course assignments. Read more in the Test Collection Guide.
