You will need the following to complete the application requirements for Lesley's Advanced Professional Certificate programs:
- Application - Applicants to Advanced Professional Certificate programs cannot apply online but must instead submit the paper application specific to APC programs.

- Official Transcript
- Additional Transcript Requirement - Applicants to the Play Therapy, Professional Development in Counseling Psychology, or Trauma Studies A.P.C. program must also submit an official transcript of her/his graduate level coursework/degree.
- Personal Written Statement
- Interview - Some applicants may be required to have an interview as part of the application process. You will be notified by the program if an interview is necessary.
