In order to be eligible for Senior Student Teaching, students must pass ALL portions of the Massachusetts Tests for Educator Licensure (MTEL) required for their licensure program.
In order to be eligible for Junior Early Childhood Education Student Teaching, students must pass both the Reading and Writing sections of the Communications and Literacy MTEL.
Lesley University maintains a Certification Office website to provide comprehensive resources and MTEL information, including MTEL preparation workshops at no cost.
