After finishing the two-year core program graduates may apply to either Transition Year or Bridge Year.
Transition Year is a ten month, independent-living program. It is for most graduates of the Threshold two-year core program.Students apply the skills they learned to:
Transition Year is the next step after a student's on-campus experience. Teaching takes place on job sites, on campus, and in students' off-campus apartments. After fulfilling the requirements of Transition Year, students earn three more college credits and a certificate.
