Residence Halls
All student rooms have a:
- Bed
- Mattress
- Desk
- Chair
- Ceiling light
- Dresser
- Shade for each window
- Wardrobe or closet space
- Carpet
Wireless and wired access to the Internet is available for each resident. Cable television access is available in each room. Smoking is not allowed in the residence halls.

Crockett House
Crockett House is a three-story,
Victorian-style house located next door to the Threshold office which accommodates 24
male and female students. It has an apartment for the
Resident Director. The house has many two student and three student rooms. It has one single room (for one student). It has 5 full,
private bathrooms. It also has a lounge with:
- Couches
- Cable TV/DVD
- Refrigerator
- Microwave
Wendell House
Wendell House is a newly renovated three-story, Victorian style house located on the corner of Oxford and Wendell Streets, accommodating 24 male and female students. It has two rooms for Graduate Resident Assistants.
The first floor has:
- 2 handicap-accessible rooms, each for two people
- A fully-accessible, private bathroom
- A coin-operated washer and dryer only for students requiring accessible access
The second floor and the third floor each have two-person rooms and single-person rooms. Each floor has one full, private bathroom and a lobby area. There is a large lounge with:
- Furniture
- Cable TV/DVD
- Microwave
Oxford House
Oxford House is a cozy, two-story house located directly behind the Threshold Office. It has four, one-person
rooms and two full, private bathrooms. There is a lounge with:
- Couch
- Cable TV/DVD
- Microwave
Washer/Dryer Access
There are small number of coin-operated machines at Crockett House and Wendell House. We often encourage students to use the wash-and-fold option at Oxford Laundry. It is located just one block down Oxford Street.
