 "I feel so lucky to combine two of my passions: cooking and job development in the classes that I teach. Helping students plan, prepare and serve nutritious meals in Food Lab has been such an inspiration that I wrote a book "What's Food Got to do with It?" about this experience. In Job Club, I work with Transition Year students helping them locate and apply for jobs that best fit their skills and interests. I combine both of these interests in Bridge Year where I teach both Food Lab and vocational studies."
