"There have been remarkable changes in my 13 years teaching the Threshold Fitness class. Not only have the facilities changed from a small, crowded room to the well equipped Fitness Center, but students arrive with more skills, experience, and awareness of the importance of their physical fitness. I now work with students to identify their individual fitness goals and develop exercise plans they can use in class and during their free time. I enjoy supporting students as they practice the skills and habits to improve and maintain their personal fitness."
