Nathan Braccio

Dr. Nathan Braccio received his PhD in early American history from the University of Connecticut. Prior to arriving at Lesley University, he was a postdoctoral fellow at Utah State University. He has research and teaching specialties in environmental history, American Indian history, and early American history. His current research investigates Indigenous and English mapmaking in New England and has received funding from the National Endowment for the Humanities, American Council of Learned Societies, Omohundro Institute, University of Connecticut Humanities Institute, and the J.B. Harley Fellowship for the History of Cartography.
